COMMENTS AND TESTIMONIALS

Hi. My name is Natalie Diroma and I was born in Italy and lived in London (U.K.) for 10 years. I started playing tennis on the red clay watching my cousin David competing. David is a well known coach in Italy who works closely with the Italian Tennis Federation. (I.T.F.)

I now live in one of the best places to play tennis and golf in the South East of the United States – Hilton Head Island, S.C. and offer my services at one of the top-rated tennis resort in the country – Sea Pines Racquet Club.

During my time in London, I decided to become a full time tennis coach and worked at becoming the best tennis player possible. Work and dedication to my training became my total focus.

A few years later the pursuit of this goal led me to visit the U.S. which I now call my home.

I trained at Nick Bollettiery's Academy, in Bradenton, FL and at Van Der Meer Tennis Center in Hilton Head Island, SC.

I learned a lot during those years.  Being taught by the top teachers in the world gave me loads of confidence and assurance to keep following my passion for tennis and help train others to do the same.

The following are some highlights from letters of well-known Tennis Experts during my career:

  1. The USTA owns and stages the US Open and selects the teams that compete in Davis Cup, Fed Cup and the Olympic Games…..Ms Natalie Diroma is one of the top ten highest ranked woman’s tennis players in the United States in her age bracket….Therefore, it gives me great pleasure to recommend her as and extraordinary tennis player and coach.

Judy Levering, United States Tennis Association (USTA), President 1999 & 2000

  2. The PTR has reached 25 years of history of educating tennis teachers and promoting the best sport in the world…. Over the years her (Ms Diroma’s) consistency and dedication has made her one of the world’s best-trained tennis teachers and players. Ms Diroma is making a World of Difference… I have known Natalie for many years and I would like to congratulate her for the achievements this far obtained such as her success to stay at the top in women’s 30 division in the Nation in both singles and doubles.

Dan Santorum, Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), CEO/Executive Director.

  3. I am writing to inform you that we wish to hire Natalie Diroma as a staff tennis professional. She is a top-level player, always rated in the top ten in the US in the women’s 30’s division and her tennis knowledge is extensive. In fact, her teaching ability is much better than most.

Stan Smith, Coach of the 2000 U.S. Olympic Men’s Tennis Team: Former U.S. Open and Wimbledon Champion & Touring Pro.

  4. Natalie is an extraordinary talented tennis player in both singles and doubles. She is a top ranked player in the United States in women’s 30’s… which is a great achievement.

Diane Fishburne, Ranked #1 in the Women’s 40-age division in the United States, South Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame.

  5. To my knowledge Ms. Natalie Diroma has worked her way up to have captured and kept the top ten ranking of women’s tennis players in the United States in the singles and doubles’ 30’s division over the past year. This has been an extraordinary achievement and true measure of her tennis talent. I believe that her discipline and passion for tennis together with her national class rankings in several occasions made her also one of the top 100-world tennis female player in her category.

Donald Watt, Next Generation Clubs, Head of Operations, Great Britain
